Wife of Aloysius supposed to have tried to delete data on Apple phone!

Relevant to orders of the commission in relation to the Central Bank Bond court case being heard these days Arjun Aloysius has handed over the Smart phone as requested and Senior Additional Solicitor General Mr. Yasantha Kodagoda, President's Counsel who directs inquiries of the commission

complained to the commission yesterday (1) that the wife of Arjun Aloysius, daughter of Arjun Mahendran was involved in an attempt to tamper by gaining access to the account in the phone.

What President's Counsel Anura Premaratna appearing on behalf of Aloysius said was a story about the latter forgetting his password. In this respect Mr. Kodagoda said that this is a very serious matter and that disturbing inquiries of the commission heard by 2 judges with judicial authority in this manner and any production, a document or data being destroyed or an attempt to do so is considered as an offence thus making reference in that connection to President's Counsel, Lawyer appearing on behalf of the defendant party Mr. Anura Premaratna and he too approved it. He further said that a necessity to release an appropriate order by the commission in this respect is deemed necessary. It was revealed at that moment that even though the password is forgotten, computer-analysts could nevertheless retrieve that information across Apple Organisation.
