Journalist at Nawaliya, Charmari Bandara expires

The former journalist of the Nawaliya newspaper Charmari Bandara has expired last Friday. Her relatives have informed that

she had been unwell during the past three months.

She had been living in the Torrington flats. It is also reported that her elder sister too had expired a few months ago.

Charmari had been attached to the Nawaliya publications as a journalist for quite some time. During her tenure of service she had written a lot of articles for the benefit of women community.

It is reported that after leaving Nawaliya publications she had commenced her own publication institution.
