Six monks of BBS who had forcibly entered in to a Ministry remanded offered bail
Six Buddhist monks of the Bodu Bala Sena organisation who had forcibly entered to former
Minister Rishard Bathiurdeen’s Ministry of Industries and Commerce who were remanded were given bail on the production of body bail of rupees 1 lakh each by the fort magistrate’s courts.

This incident had taken place on the 23rd of April 2014.These monks of the BBS had forcibly entered in to the Ministry office suspecting that the President of the national force organisation had been Venerable Watareka Vijitha thera had been hidden inside the ministry premises.
In regard to this incident a secretary of the Ministry of industries and commerce had lodged a complaint at the police station, Kollupitiya
