20/20 World Cup .... to Sri Lanka

Sri Lanka was successful in bringing home the 20/20 World Cup by defeating India in the Final cricket match in BanglaDesh today.

While the Indian team had scored 130 runs having decided to bat first, Viraj Kohli who played on behalf of Indian cricket team clicked a score of 72 runs. The total number of runs collected by India for the Finals was not satisfactory.

Sri Lanka was able to get to this target in 17.5 overs and Sangakkara who played a swashbuckling innings of 52 not out paved the way for Sri Lanka's victory.
