MINISTER DALLAS ALAHAPPERUMA WITH BABY

Who is this who is fondling this new-born baby?  Minister of Youth Affairs and Development of Skills was on a tour of a survey tour of the Dikwella Provincial area yesterday. On this occasion the Minister participated in a cordial get together organised and a mother was given the opportunity of addressing the gathering. In that instance the Minister happened to take care of the cuddly baby until that mother's speech was over, keeping the child on his lap.
