REVISED Z SCORE RESULTS RELEASED

UPDATE 5.30 pm
A sudden decision to sit  for the Advanced level Examination once again following revised Z score results.
Those whose revised Z score have come down from the original results are on a terrible position in contemplating in sitting for the 2102 Advanced level examination to be held within about three weeks from date.
The new private candidates will have to fill in the application forms printed by the Department of Examination and pay the entrance fee payment from  Post offices and should send the new application by fax by affixing a copy of the receipt obtained from the Post office. The other school candidates should fill in their new applications which are expected to be sent through the respective Principals to the department of Examinations also via a fax message.
All new applications could be sent between the 23rd and the 27 th of this month which will be only two weeks before the commencement of the 2012 advanced level examination due to be held on the 6th of August. Those candidates who intend sitting for this exam has only a short time for preparing for the examination.

UPDATE 4.30 PM
Because of this Z score revision those who intend sitting for the 2012 examination are greatly inconvenienced. After the release of the revised Z score results those who sat for the 2nd and 3rd times, the Z scores have changed drastically causing them to bear a terrible suffering. Due to the change in the new Z scores many students have already decided to abstain from sitting for the 2012 examination.

UPDATE 1.50 P.M.
The revised Z scores after receiving an order to the University grants Commission to issue results for the syllabuses separately were made by the Department of Examinations. The new results could be viewed through the web site www. donets.lk
