The bodies of all four people who went missing after a landslide in Hatton, Ginigathhena, have been found.

Police confirm that the bodies of all four individuals who went missing after a landslide buried a house in Hatton, Ginigathhena, Polpitiya area have been recovered. The landslide, caused by heavy rainfall in the area, led to this tragic accident.

During the special rescue operations immediately launched to search for those missing in the accident, the body of one woman was first recovered.

Polpitiya Police further stated that during subsequent search operations, the bodies of two more women and one man were found.
