Raises QR quota volumes

The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation has decided to increase the fuel quota provided under the QR code from midnight today (21).




Accordingly, the amount of fuel provided for motor cars will increase from 15 liters to 25 liters.

The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation states that the amount of fuel provided for three-wheelers will be increased from 15 liters to 20 liters.




Although 40 liters per week were previously provided for vans, steps have been taken to increase that amount to 50 liters.

Steps have been taken to increase the 5-liter fuel quota provided for motorcycles to 8 liters.



Steps have been taken to increase the 60-liter fuel amount provided for buses to 100 liters.

According to the new amendment, the 25-liter fuel amount previously provided for land vehicles has been increased to 40 liters.

However, the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation further announces that the 200-liter amount provided for lorries and the 40-liter amount provided for special purpose vehicles will not be revised.
