Tooting of horns campaign in Colombo against closing roads as security of VIPs

It is reported by now that as in the pre-war period of 2009, the necessity of road closures being effected at certain times when Colombo politician VIPs travel in order to provide special security for Colomo politicians after the bomb incidents have once again come into effect. 

Two such incidents were reported today (20) and those in vehicles had tooted their horns and shown
their protest because of road closure near Nelum Pokuna, Colombo. What appears here first is a video of that incident while shown secondly is the instance when roads were closed  in Kollupitiya.
