Nissan Company chairman Carlos arrested for financial fraud!

Carlos Ghosn who was holding the position of chairman of world renown Nissan Car Company, Mitsubishi Company and was Chief Executive Officer of Renault Car Company was taken into custody at Nissan Company premises in Japan recently.

The reason for his arrest was about financial misappropriation. He had recorded incorrect data relating about expenditure relating to to the company and utilising funds of Nissan Company for personal use and in the instance he was coming out from a meeting in the Japanese office the police

had apprehended him. It was announced that Nissan Company refrained from exposing further information to the media in ths connection.

Whatever it is, what has been revealed by BBC reports is that he had adopted a procedure of extracting billions of funds of Nissan Company for himself by using a fraudulent methodology for close upon 8 years. Greg Kelly who was a senior officer of the company too has been apprehended for having aided the chairman in these illicit transactions.

What police say is that they suspect that he has been involved in similar corruptive activities in Mitsubishi and Renault Companies as well. The man who is at the seat of the main chair of Nissan Company which is recognised as the 6th largest motor car company in the world getting trapped in such a major fraudulent case such as this has become the surprise of the business world across the globe.

Carlos Ghosn a stalwart in the motor car trade is a native of Brazil. He is also someone who holds citizenship in France and Lebanon and is clever in developing businesses by identifying differences among cultures. After spending his time in Brazil and Lebanon during childhood, later he went to pursue further education in France. He commenced his professional life in the rubber trade. Subsequently he joined the world famous Michelin Tire Company and had engaged in its promotion activities and for that reason he became a great man in the field of motor cars. Later on he assumed the position of holding the major position of Mitsubishi - Renault - Nissan which changed into a France - Japan business. During the period 2008 - 2009 he held positions of administration and chairman.
