Two sons of 'Kuduselli' who brought head of Kosmalli to Colombo ... cornered!

Two brothers of an underworld gang who were involved in a number of crimes including the murder of a husband and wife in Jampettah Street, Kotahena and dumping the head of a person called Kosmalli near Aluthkade Court were taken into custody by the Colombo Crimes Division day-before-yesterday (20). These two brothers are the children of a wide-scale female heroin dealer of Jampettah Street, police say.

Police further say that these two had killed underworld elements linked to  the murder of their mother and had shot and seriously wounded the father. Both these brothers had carried out these murders

under orders and instructions of Makandure Madush who is hiding in Dubai and Kanchipana Imran who is supposed to be his intimate friend, it was revealed.

It has already been revealed that the two of them are responsible for gunning down killing a husband and wife in Jampettah Street, shooting and killing the father of underground chief known as Pookudikanna in Mutwa, killing a drug dealer in Jampettah Street and several other crimes. On a tip-off received by Mr. Nishantha Soysa, director of Colombo Crimes Division he has taken these two brothers into custody with a stock of heroin in their possession in Wellampitiya. Subsequently on interrogation information about these murders have come to light, Crimes Division say. It was revealed that these two brothers were the criminals who had brought the underground element Kosmalli's head and dumped near Aluthkade courts after killing him in Angunakolapelessa.
