Yasasiru, son of former Member of Parliament Justin Galappatthi ... dies in hotel room mysteriously!

Matara Police Headquarters report that Yasasiru Thisara Kumara Galappatthi (24) , a son of former Member of Parliament, Mr. Justin Galappatthi who was a member of the United National Party was found mysteriously dead in a room in a hotel in Madiha area, Matara last morning (14).

Yasasiri, a businessman was living in Pamburana, Matara. Though he had lodged in that hotel the

previous night it is not clear as to how he had died. It was however discovered at the postmortem that he had passed away as a result of a heart attack. But members of the family have informed that the death is suspicious. As such the police have commenced a special investigation into the matter.

Deceased Yasasiru is the youngest brother of Mr. Chathura Galappatthi, a provincial council member of the South. He was a past student of Matara Rahula and Colombo Royal College.
