Welgama's 400 acre land inspected via a court  search warrant

The land belonging to the former Minister and the Member of Parliament Kumara Welgama in Matugama Belister area had been searched via a court order by the Police special investigating unit.Altogether about 50 police personnel had come for this raid made today.

The land in question is in extent of 400 acres.It is reported through a  complaint that to bullet proof Defender Jeeps belonging to the Presidential secretariat have been hidden in this land.But the investigations had not revealed anything like it.
