Foreigner Bro for exposing his nude on the Hikkaduwa beach  to courts

A foreigner who had been caught in nude on the Hikkaduwa beach in daylight had been produced before the Magistrates courts in Galle.

The additional Magistrate Kesara Samaradivakara had severely warned the foreigner severely and

discharged him as he had admitted it as an offence.

The foreigner has been a German National sixty five years old Paul Martin Bro.

The foreigner had been arrested by the police as his behaviour in nude was an unpleasant and causing inconvenience after a  tip off had been given tho the police.

Paul Martin Bro had been arrested under the penal code act number 261 section 283 and police ordinance number 63 and produced before the Galle Magistrate.

The Attorney at Law  Ravindra Narangoda had requested for a lenient punishment as the suspect had admitted the offence and as he was to fly back home shortly.

Under these circumstances the additional Magistrate had thoroughly warned the foreigner and discharged him.
