Welikada police confirms that the mishap with motor cyclist had occurred  by a driver of Champika

The authorities of the Welkada Rajagiriya police had added that up to now they have not received any complaints to the affect  the mishap , the Jeep of Minister Patali Champika Ranawaka  had with a motor cyclist causing injuries to two youths

had  been driven by the Minister.

However the relatives of the injured Pradeep Sampath who is treated at the National hospital have said that the jeep that was involved in the accident had been driven by Minister Patali Champika Ranawaka.

They have stated that Police should take action against  Minister Patali Champika Ranawaka for this alleged hit and run offence.
