Sathosa has stopped issuing sugar in bulk reports have revealed. However any person could purchase one kilogram of sugar. Two kilograms of sugar would be issued to persons who purchase goods to

the tune of rupees ne thousand only.

For those who purchase goods for rupees two thousand are entitled to but three kilograms of sugar. Those who want to buy four kilograms of sugar need to purchase goods to the value of three thousand.

This red tape has been made as the price of white sugar at Sathosa are sold at a lower price  the small businessmen  tend to purchase sugar in bulk. This has been revealed by the authorities of Sathosa.

It has also been revealed that there is no shortage of sugar in the market and also the price of sugar in the market would not rise in the near future.
