Nisha Biswal, America's Assistant Secretary of State

who arrived in Sri Lanka from India to attend the occasion when John Kerry, America's Secretary of State who came to the island some days back is still here.

After John Kerry left Sri Lanka the burden of duties for her lessened and she joined Prime Minister Ranil and President Maithri on enjoying Wesak Celebrations as well. On the previous occasion that she was in the island she had tasted a treat of hoppers in the company of Minister Ravi.
