Somawansa to come back to politics from Battaramulla Seelaratana thera’s Janasetha Peramuna

The political circles have predicted that the former leader of the

Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna who said goodbye to politics leaving his former party is to make a comeback to politics by joining the ‘Janasetha Peramuna’ party of the Battaramulla Seelaratana thera under the ‘Tractor’ symbol.

In this regard it has been revealed that he has had secret talks for over three hours on the 27th ultimo. But when the media questioned him Somawansa Amerasinghe had said it was discussed only on the subject of saying goodbye to politics.

In this regard Seelaratana thera had said there had been discussions and it would be kept a secret without divulging to the media.

The Thera had also said that he had also invited Mahinda Rajapaksa also to join with him but not had received a positive reply as yet.
