Duminda and 11 others served with massive charge sheets - cannot leave the country

Member of Parliament Duminda Silva and 11 other suspects have been issued massive charge sheets by the Magistrate of

Colombo High Court Devika Livera Tennakoon when the case was taken up yesterday, on the murder of Baratha Lakshman Premachandra, the Director General in charge of Trade Unions under the former government.

The Magistrate had ordered to inform the authorities of the Immigration and Emigration department and other related institutions and personnel to take action accordingly and to impound their passports and to hand them over to courts in respect of the Member of Parliament and the 11 other suspects.
