Dilhani supports Maithree!

Two well-known artistes, singer Priyankara Perera and his wife cinema actress Dilhani Ashokamala are to give their support to two different candidates at this Presidential Election and are to appear separately for publicity-work.



Dilhani who joined the group of artistes who got-together to support Maithreepala Sirisena recently said that though she was happy to make Mahinda Rajapaksha the winner, her heart broke down with the incident where Sarath Fonseka was  taken into custody. She said that she despised the government with that incident.

In the meantime, Priyankara Perera who appeared at a get-together where singers, both male and female offered their support yesterday said that artistes are a group of people who are a sensitive lot and that it is Mahinda Rajapaksha the present President who is suitable to be made victorious on this occasion.
