Overtime activities in Anuradhapura government office revealed

Reason for toilet system in government office in Anuradhapura being blocked ....    a bulk of birth control contraceptives!
A large number of male and female employees of a government institution in Anuradhapura were amazed when a large number of used birth control rubber were found inside the toilet system which has been utilised daily by employees there.

The stock of used rubber condoms were discovered on the occasion when the toilet pit was subjected to a clean up because waste matter in the toilet system had not moved properly.

When the machine operator checked the pipe with great caution it was observed that a large number of rubber contraceptives had got accumulated inside into a shape of a ball.

What an officer of the said establishment said was that the toilet system had stopped functioning because a stock of used birth control rubber condoms had been dumped into the toilet pit for quite a long time. He also mentioned that there are several toilet systems attached to the institution and that those are not being used by outsiders. It is the opinion of the employees that it must be investigated as to who would resort to commit acts of this nature inside a government establishment without any sense of shame and with a sense of audacity as well. It is their opinion that if an inquiry be conducted to find as to who mostly had engaged in overtime duties, the owners of these birth control contraceptives could be detected.
