Wild Life Minister's "Eth dala pooja"

What's the point .... if I can't remove a tusk ....being Wild Life Minister! Hic ... hic!
Minister Vijith Wijayamuni addressed masses in Wellassa recently and said that he had used ministerial powers of the Wild Life Minister and had donated elephant tusks to a number of temples by removing the tusks. This is how he spoke about it smilingly: "I have given the best possible to
the public of Wellassa. I gave a pooja of tusks for about ten temples. So ... I am being asked how it is given. If I being the Wild Life Minister, I can't remove a tooth .... what is the point? Hic .... hic!"
