Because Aishwaraya goes with Abhishek ....
Sri Lankan youth files action!
A case of injustice done to a Sri Lankan young man by Bollywood actress Aishwaraya Rai with whom he had a romance and Abhishek entering into marriage with Aishwaraya in the process was heard yesterday (7) at Magistrates Court in Colombo.
Though this happens to be somewhat of a humorous episode, he had in reality filed a case against a person who had cheated him by making him a scapegoat and played out his money.
Pouring out his sad story in courts yesterday, he had told that for a long period of time watched every single film of Aishwaraya, collected her photos and had maintained a distant love from Sri Lanka and India and that he had secretly loved the actress. He further said that he had hopes that she will someday meet him and get married to him. However she had dashed his hopes and had got married to Bollywood actor Abhishek which made him thoroughly disappointed at which moment a nephew of his had provided much advice to him about his lost love and had told him that he would provide him some consolation by way of law and he would travel to India and after attending to the matter would file action against her. So saying, he had hoodwinked this youth for a sum of Rs. 17 lakhs which then was the complaint lodged by him at the Colombo Fraud Bureau. As such, both of them involved in this case were summoned and the court heard the case.
The petitioner in this instance, Niroshana Devapriya had told the police Fraud Bureau that he had been mentally suffering as a result of Aishwaraya getting married to Abhishek. Though it was reported that the police could not stop laughing in that instance, they had agreed to take action against the person who had cheated the sum of Rs. 17 lakhs.
It was one Roshan Ajith from Panadsura who had played out his own relative. Suspect Roshan Ajith was produced in courts by the police. The case then concluded with Magistrate Mr. Thilina Gamage ordering Roshan Ajith to pay a monthly installment of Rs.10 lakhs to his uncle and was asked to be released on 2 personal bonds of Rs. 50,000 .
