The manner Basil Drives a four wheeler
It was only last week it was published in an article with photographs how the Minister of Economic Development Basil Rajapaksa rode a three wheeler at a ceremony of a self employment scheme. It was proved at another ceremony when distributing four wheel tractors that he has the ability to drive a four wheel vehicle too. The vehicle that is driving is to be used by the Police officers to drive on sea shores.
This was driven by him when handing it over to the Kochchikade Police station at a ceremony he attended when a new building was declared open. The photographs are shown below:
