TWO SUNS IN THE SKY IS IT TRUE?

Is the story of two suns rising true?

Many stories have spread of two suns that rose yesterday afternoon were reported from a lot of Sri Lankans who have observed the sky yesterday. It was said that a small sun was rose next to the main sun. They brought photographs as evidence But Proffessor Chandana Jayaratne excludes all the photographs saying that they can be owing to errors of the cameras.
He stated that he checked the photographs and that they cannot be two suns and that it can be a result of a technical error. He said that accurate photographs of the sun cannot be taken unless a special filter is used.
However, many photographers who have been interested in this have taken many photographs. One of the following photographs has been taken using a welding goggles tool as a filter.
