PRIME MINISTERS SICK RUMOURS

The Prime Ministers hospitalisation is only a rumour:

It had been reported as false information that Prime Minister D.M.Jayaratna had been admitted to the ICU of the Kandy General Hospital following a sudden sickness.
When real facts were found out from reliable sources it had revealed that this had been a false rumour. The media Secretary of the Prime Minister, Sisira Jayakody that this had been, falsely reported. The prime minister was inquisitive to know why such a rumour was spread and for what intentions.
It was confirmed that at the time the rumours was spreading the Prime minister had been in good health and at that time he had been at a scheduled appointment in attending to the Bogambara Perahera that was in progress and had been taking part in the activities entrusted upon him, he had added further.
