BASNAYAKE NILAME ARRESTED FOR THE DOUBLE MURDER- WHO IS HE?

Who is this 26 year old Basnayake Nilame arrested for the double murder of two Buddhist monks?

Although the 26 year old Basnayake Nilame who had made a confession that he was involved in the double murder of Buddhist Monks at the Rajamaha Viharaya temple, there were no reports about him from the Police as to who was this Basnayake Nilame?.We have now received more news about him as to who really is.
His name is confirmed to be Harsha Manju Sri Perera, only 26 years old. He is the present Basnayake Nilame of a temple and Viharaya at  Palugalla area in Galgamuwa.Although he is the Basnayake Nilame,he is working as a Insurance providing officer of a reputed Insurance Corporation. He is old boy of Leading College in Colombo and has a degree in marketing from the Sri Jayewardenapura University. Hence with his marketing background he performs duties as Marketing Executive of several reputed institutions.
He had lived permanently at ‘Shiromi” Mawatha along Maharagama/Piliyandala Road, from where he was based for attending to his numerous activities.

One of the pictures show the suspect Basnayake Nilame standing beside his car bearing number KM 6376 which was originally black. But for some reason or other it was painted white at the time of the incident.
The suspect was able to be arrested when the number of his vehicle was revealed with the help of a devotee who may have just written while sitting on the sandy surface of the temple until his colleague and devotee arrived after his Bodhi poojawa.
