A temple devotee who purchased a lottery ticket to the ‘Kapruka’ with the only money he had wins Rs I million-Donates with pleasure to temple developments.

A few days back a ‘Katina Pinkama’ was held at a temple in the Polgahawela area. A devotee had donated a lottery ticket to the ‘Kapruka’ from the only money he had possessed. While purchasing this ticket he had prayed that we would win the lottery as his wish was in that event of winning in donating it to the temple for the developments.
The ticket he purchased he hung on the ‘Kapruka’. When the lottery was drawn his ticket had won a prize of Rs 1 Million. The wish of the devotee became a reality and he as thought he donated the entire sum to the temple’s development activities.
