Eknaliyagoda is alive-Former AG Mohan Peiris
During the 2010 General Election period the E News web site journalist Prageep Eknaliyagoda was reported missing and nothing was heard of him. As his whereabouts were not heard it was made to understand that he may have been abducted and killed.
However a former Attorney General Mohan Pieris with responsibility has revealed that according to his wishes he had sought for asylum in another country. In this context he is living in a foreign country according to Mohan Peiris. Nevertheless he is unable to tell in which country he had sought asylum although he had made inquiries from the COMMITTE AGAINST TORTURE.
His disappearance could also be a hoax. Please view the link of the Web site below which describes it as a ridicule failure.
