To celebrate a Birthday a “Narilatha” cake

For the first birthday of a child some design the cake in the form of I.For authors of books cakes are made to look like a book.
This particular cake shown in pictures has been made in the shape of a woman’s body sans the neck, head and legs. No one really knows the reason  for this? This had been made in this manner to celebrate the birthday  of a young bank executive’s birthday. This cake was cut at the Head  office of a private bank in Colombo :
