Sanath to be recalled to the T/20 and ODI Squad

Unconfirmed reports have been made in the print and electronic media, that our legendary all-rounder Sanath Jayasuriya is to be recalled to the T/20 and ODI team that has been already named for the forthcoming T/20 and the 5 ODI matches against England to be held after the conclusion of the 3 Test Npower Test match series now in progress. The names of the squad will be announced after ratification from the Minister of Sports this afternoon.
As the investigations, into the doping allegations  against Upul Tharanga is not yet completed, he will not be included in the squad. Instead his opener’s position is likely to be over by Sanaah Jayasuriya. Sanath was dropped from the world cup squad owing to his poor form. As he has regained his form in the domestic cricket, his inclusion is anticipated. There is a lot of speculation that his present form is good enough for him to be included in the squad.
