Massive illegal fuel storage in Jaffna

One suspect has been arrested by the police in connection with a stock of fuel illegally stored at a private company located in the Urelu area of Jaffna.

This suspect was arrested during a special operation conducted by the Jaffna District Crime Prevention Division.

It is reported that during the inspection of the relevant warehouse, 4700 liters of diesel, 800 liters of petrol, and 400 liters of kerosene were found.

The arrested suspect is currently scheduled to be produced before the court.
