The Ministry of Digital Economy has taken steps to implement a new program to overcome various difficulties faced by the public when obtaining the National Fuel Pass, also known as the QR code. Under this, a special WhatsApp number has now been introduced to the public to facilitate the relevant registration process.

If any individual encounters a technical or other issue during the vehicle registration process, they can quickly obtain the necessary assistance by contacting the WhatsApp number 076 000 1919. The first step for the client is to type and send their vehicle number to the specified number. The Ministry emphasizes that the public must ensure that the vehicle number is never sent as a photograph.

Following this, clear photographs of several essential documents required for registration confirmation must also be sent to the aforementioned WhatsApp number. To verify personal identity, one of the following must be submitted: National Identity Card, Driving License, or Passport. Additionally, the vehicle's valid revenue license and vehicle registration certificate (CR) must also be submitted. The Ministry further informs that after properly reviewing the information and documents submitted by the public, necessary assistance will be provided to successfully complete the QR registration.
