Biyagama massage clinic raided by women for online orders
The Biyagama Police have raided a massage parlour in the Peragashandiya area in Biyagama without accepting orders online and obtaining Ayurvedic licenses. At the same time, the manager and a woman were arrested, police said. According to Sub Inspector Athukorala and Sergeant Chandana (63767) of the Western Provincial Intelligence Unit, the raid was carried out by an undercover police agent. The manager is a 45-year-old resident of Dematagoda, and the woman is a 38-year-old resident of Pannala. Men who come to get relief from a woman have to pay Rs. 1,200 to enter the relief centre and then pay the amount they ask for to the selected women, police said. The arrested manager and the woman were to be produced before the Mahara Magistrate's Court.
