Prasanna Ranaweera being escorted to India

It was Mp Prasanna Ranaweera who became a foremost character by causing an uproar in parliament during the period the government changed last October, 2018. He was subjected to public talk for having thrown water on the speaker's chair and coming to the House by hiding chilli
powder in his possession and throwing them on the rivals. 

Whatever it is, Prasanna Ranaweera was not granted even a deputy minister's post in the new government as such. Gotabhaya has stated that escorting people on foreign tours would be done under strict limitations. However, Prasanna Ranaweera happens to be included in the so said limited group in the very first foreign tour of prime minister Mahinda Rajapaksa. 

Some interesting stories keep appearing in the social media about he going to India and meeting prime minister Modi and Rahul Gandhi. What the social media speaks about is not about the tour of the prime minister; but Prasanna. He has mentioned that he is the grandson of Mahatma Gandhi as mentioned in his facebook account on the occasion he met Rahul Gandhi.
