Who is this Dulakshi Chamodari?

A video depicting a 21 year old young girl behaving in a coarse manner and played hell in front of police is these days come into prominence. She is a provincial council member by the name of Warnakulasuriya Dulakshi Chamodari Fernando. Being chosen to represent provincial council administration activities she does not warrant any responsibility or experience as observed by her talk and comportment. What sails above her voice is her sister's talk. 

These three sisters of one and the same family have become involved in this injustice together with
the father. In present times though it cannot be considered as a terrible 'mistake' -- their behaviour after the incident going beyond limits has resulted in this case of injustice going too far. 

Warnakulasuriya Dulakshi Chamodari Fernando is elected to provincial council at a tender age of 19 years. Becoming an officer with authoritative powers in a provincial council almost the moment she got the power to vote ... has no experience. What is available as an example is nothing other than highhandedness of politicians in the country. More than that, it  stands to question whether her environment and family background is of an honourable status. This is portrayed from the discourse noted from matters spoken by her and members of her family on the occasion when she was to be taken into custody as well as when she was accompanied by her mother to court all of which can be observed in videos of both instances. One comment says that her sister is worse than her. It is understood that the reason for her outburst is because police had come and investigated her house to raid acts of distilling kasippu and nothing was found. 

When scrutinising her facebook page, what is found is are fantastic glamorous photoshop photographs more than her live appearance. She appeals to voters too by using them for her cut-outs. What some people say is that clinches victory because of her looks. 

Dulakshi Chamodari happens to be a follower of Late fisheries minister Festus Perera of the UNP and of his son, minister Niroshan Perera. It has come to be known that she has got on stage where Niroshan was and has managed to collect her votes by flaunting photos of members of that family. This person who has misbehaved in this manner in the presence of police trying to enforce law ... one wonders has even the least qualification to become an agent of the public. What was seen in her posters at the 2018 provincial council election was, "Let's choose and appoint educated, intelligent, young candidate Dulakshi Fernando".
