Poland village which gives present to a baby boy where no birth of baby boy was recorded for ten years!

Foreign media has reported a special news item these days about a small village in Southern Poland called Miejsce Odrzanskie. It is because not even a single baby boy was not born for close uon a decade. Under these circumstances the head of the village Rajmundi Ficino has informed newly-married couples that if in case there is a birth of a baby boy ... a surprising gift would be given. 

"I know; this situation is somewhat extra-ordinary. We should inquire why such a thing happens. On
my side I came into a decision to bestow a present to a couple who beget a baby boy. It will be a very valuable one. We investigated further about this phenomenon ... carried out a survey on birth certificates. But we can't think of a reason  for this", he said. 

The chief of this village who made these comments also have two daughters. The village concerned has a population of 272 and all 12 children who were born during the last decade ended up by being baby girls. What some villagers think is that this oddity is only something random and that it could change after some time. The head of the village who himself is the father of two daughters said that though he delved into this matter, there are boys always observed in the city concerned. 

In the case of a birth, the gender is determined at the beginning by male sperms. Sperms that carry an X chromosone become a female while a Y chromosone points to a male. Whatever it is, studies have revealed that it always has no 5o/50 distribution of X and Y chromosones as such.
