Sivajilingam in heated exchange of words during sub-session at Geneva

A tensed situation flared up at a sub-session of United Nations Organisation held at Geneva yesterday (18). This in fact was not a dialogue that ensued in the main assembly of Geneva but a sub-meeting. This meeting was organised by the 'Pesumai Thayagam' ('Haritha mawbima') with co-ordination of the Tamil Centre of human rights of TCHR of France. 

Several members of Tamil National Alliance (TNA) and of other groups participated on this occasion
while another group headed by former member of parliament, retired rear admiral, Mr. Sarath Weerasekera were present. The exchange of words took place during discussions between TNA member M.K. Sivajilingam and faction favouring diaspora and the group headed by Sarath Weerasekera. It was argued that an opportunity should be given for all Sri Lankans to live  together. Sivajilingam opposed that idea. 2 videos of that incident is published below
