The Cope committee report on the bond scandal at the Central Bank was placed before the house today.The former Central Bank governor according to the report is alleged to have committed a fraud.After which the Leader of the house and Minister Lakshman Kiriella had this to say. that during the previous government 30 Cope reports had been dumped into

the dustbin and no one knows what happened to them.
