Mahinda's response to Maithripala's statement

In response to the statement made by the President Maithripala Sirisena former President Mahinda Rajapaksa had this to say at a ceremony in Lunugamvehera on the 16th instant.

"The President of the country is accusing the FCID,CID and the Commissioner of the Bribery Commission in a big way.But not only that he says that he is not scared of anyone.This government

 and all television channels scold us.Although they say that there is no barrier to the media there is a severe barrier that has been made in this era.

We believe that this has been said to frighten the Prime Minister.We think this is said to the Prime Minister.He will talk on this which we are waiting to hear.I was surprised as these were not not known to him.When President is strong only he could do a lot to the country.However during these two years all did was taking revenge.
