What has happened to the disappeared  Priyantha Janaka Bandara who was also sentenced to death?

At the High Courts yesterday five persons were sentenced to death when the  verdict in the Bharatha Lakhsman Premachandra murder case was  delivered..

Out of the five persons the case had been heard  in the latter stages in the presence of four

defendants only.The person sentenced to death who has disappeared is defendant Priyantha Janaka Bandara an underworld element.Is this underworld element had been hiding when the other four defendants were sentenced?. The question people are asking is why the police cannot locate him and arrest? If he is reported missing what investigations have been made to find him are the suspicious questions that are been surfaced.
