The new army media spokesman is Brigadier Roshan Seneviratne

With effect from the 30th instant it is reported that Brigadier Roshan Seneviratne has been  appointed as the new media spokesman of the Sri Lanka Army.

This position was held by Brigadier Jayanath

Jayaweera  which has been made vacant as he had been assigned to an overseas training.

Until now Brigadier Roshan Seneviratne had held a high position in the Ministry of Defense.He is an old student of Kingswood College Kandy and had served a period of 30 years in the Sri Lanka Army.
