Wedding of Samanmali with son of Dinesh .... next week

Member of Provincial Council Samanmali Sakalasuriya is expected to enter into marriage on the forthcoming 12th. She would be taking the hand of Yadamini Goonawardena, son of MP of the United Opposition, Dinesh Goonawardena.

Yadamini is someone who hails from the generation of stalwarts of the political field such as Philip

Goonawardena and Robert Goonawardena and had finished his education from Royal College and later had secured a post-graduate position from Computer Science, Economics and Business in America and England. Samannmali is in fact the daughter of former member of Parliament Saddhatissa Sakalasuriya who is a relative of Sarana Gunawardena.

Samanmali was among the crowd who rocked round Mahinda Rajapaksa against the present government on the occasion when she attended the publicity campaign 'Mahinda Sulanga' held in 2015 in Kandy and it was in those circumstances that Yadamini had been confronted after which the love story of the two of them had started.

Samanmali became popular among the social media sometime back because of making sensational statements. Several politicians have already received invitations for the wedding to be held on the 12th and the honeymoon celebrations on the 17th between these two particularly special couple who have become linked in politics after a period of time.
