Dialogue in America because of a photo of a poisonous plant

A dialogue has been brewing around these days across the social media about a particular type of plant known as Poison Ivy. The root cause of this dialogue was a photograph of a certain girl who had developed a swollen face because of this
particular plant being rapidly circulated across the social media.

At the time this girl had been infected and being treated at the hospital her sister had published a photo which looked weird in the social website Snapchat and this has resulted in a wide-ranging discussion. 

A weird type of swelling is portrayed around her eyes of her face as seen in the photograph. Alongside is portrayed that photograph of this 21 year old girl called Emily Petosa
