Mobile App to watch live proceedings in House

In order to watch parliamentary proceedings debates  etc., a "mobile application" via internet was

launched in parliament yesterday the 7th instant

The Speaker Karu Jayasuriya participating in this launch had said that in some countries this facility using modern technology is already in use where via a mobile telephone any person could view the parliamentary proceedings' live..
