Man who walks from Rambukkana to Colombo for President's one year in service.

A former  sprint champion SP.Wickremasinghe in order to participate in President's one year in office

celebration had commenced a walk from Rambukkana to Colombo yesterday the 07th instant.

SP.Wickremasinghe is a resident of Rambukkana, Diyasuntha area is fifty years old. In the year 2011 he had with a view to establish a Guinness world record had run 200 metres five hundred times in a time of 11.38 hours at the Asoka grounds in Rambukkana.

He had commenced his walk yesterday at 6 am and hopes to walk for two days to arrive in Colombo and then he hopes to go to the presidential secretariat also.
