UPFA is displaying photographs of Maithripala instead of Mahinda as the party is bankrupt
The United Peoples Freedom Alliance party is now adopting in desperation new strategies and ploys to draw voters attention in the forthcoming general election.
One ploy they have adopted is to display the photograph of the President Maithripala Sirisena in newspaper advertisements instead of the former President Mahinda Rajapaksa who is contesting as a just another candidate to revive his political career although he is leading the UPFA campaign in the general election on the 17th instant.
The Minister of Justice Wijedasa Rajapaksa speaking in a press conference had added this strategy is because the United Peoples Freedom Alliance party is now reached bankruptcy status as a party and this is a ploy that proves the status of the party is in.
