Motor cyclist killed run over by Manusha Nanayakkara’s cab vehicle

A motor cyclist riding his bike in the Hawpe area along Galle Imaduwa main road had been run over by the cab vehicle of the former Member of Parliament Manusha Nanaykkara was travelling.

The fault had been on the side of the motor cyclist rider who had tried to evade a jeep vehicle which had tried to enter the main road when the motor cyclist without looking at the oncoming vehicle in which Manusha Nanayakkara was travelling had attempted to evade the jeep vehicle and was run over by the cab vehicle of the fore member of Parliament and killed..

The deceased is a resident of Pusselkada area Imaduwa  Ranepura Hewage Gunaratna.He is a 76 year old person. The dead body has been aken to the Karapitiya Teaching hospital for the post mortem. The police is conducting investigations in to the accident.
