At the time Thajudeen’s body was exhumed slogans in protest of Mahinda
Today morning as informed that body of the famous rugby player Mohamed Wasim Thajudeen buried in the month of May 2013, was exhumed at around 7 a.m from near the Dehiwala Jumma Masjeed mosque burial ground on the request of a Magistrate order.
At this time large crowds were gathered at that spot and had come with slogans which they displayed and were furious of the former president Mahinda Rajapaksa.
The slogans that were displayed read as “Hora”, “ I am the best state leader”,”shame shame”. Some carried photos of the Rajapaksa entire family.
It was also reported that the people who had come to this scene had encroached the cab vehicle when the lady magistrate came before the exhumation of Thajudeen’s body had shown their displeasure about the former president Mahinda Rajapaksa activities..
