Vass bailed out but owing to another case still inside

When the  murder case of businessman

Mohamed Siyam was take up after 02 years former DIG Vass Gunawardena and five suspects who were in prison were allowed bail.

However as the former DIG Vass Gunawardena could not get out of prison as another case was pending and hence he had to remain in prison.
